We build the fix together, live, inside your own Claude account. Sometimes that's a whole system, sometimes it's one simple routine you run every week. Whatever shape it takes, by the end of the session it's running and you've already run it yourself.
You leave with two things: the fix, working, in your own account, and the knowledge to build the next one yourself. Nobody hands you a PDF of best practices. You walk out with a working tool and the muscle memory to make another one alone.

One thing to bring besides your problem: a Claude Pro subscription. It's $20 for the month, it's what your fix will live in, and it's worth it. If you don't have one yet, you can set it up in five minutes before the session.

Three hours, live online. Pick whichever fits your day, both run the identical format. The booking calendar below shows the next open sittings, so if this week doesn't work, take one two weeks out.

To be straight about what we promise: we don't guarantee your problem is solved by five o'clock. We guarantee you leave with the fix that walks you through solving it, built and working in your own account.
If you do your part and you don't leave with that fix working, we refund your $127 in full. No forms, no hoops, no "let me speak to a manager." Just email us.
And if it's built but not quite finished when the clock runs out, we don't walk away. We finish the install with you by email. We'd rather finish the job than get out of one.

Four hours instead of three, same eight seats, around a real table. Alan teaches it in person, works shoulder to shoulder with you on your problem, and stays until your fix is running. $200 a seat.
There's no date yet, on purpose. Send one line saying where you'd meet us, Black Mountain, Asheville, or somewhere else, and you're on the list. Alan reads every one and answers himself. Once enough hands are up in one place, everyone gets the date and time by email. You pay nothing until the date is set.
